2010 BENEFITS ANNUAL ENROLLMENT



NEW FOR 2010

The Spousal/Dometic Partner Surchage will apply to SEIU represented employees effective January 1, 2010.  If your spouse/domestic partner is eligible for medical coverage through his/her employer but elects not to enroll, you are subject to a $25 surcharge.  Additional information will be sent to you soon.
