View of the East Side of Campus at the University of Cincinnati  The University of Cincinnati has collective bargaining agreements with five employee organizations:  The American Association of University Professors (AAUP) UC Chapter    - Professors    - Librarians   The American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 2544    - Maintenance & Trades    - Laboratory Technicians    - Groundskeepers The Fraternal Order of Police (FOP)    - University of Cincinnati Law Enforcement Officers   The International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 20    - Stationary Engineers    - Skilled Trades   The Ohio Nurses Association (ONA)    - Nurses at the Hoxworth Blood Center   The Service Employees International Union (SEIU) District 1199    - Office Administration   Each agreement addresses the wages, hours, and working conditions for employees in the bargaining unit.  The term of the agreements is three years
