1. What is the process for having my position reviewed? 

A: Discuss your duties with your supervisor.
B: Begin the Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ) process.

2. What is the pay grade (pay scale group) for a specific classification?

3. What is an ADL?

Additional Compensation (ADL) is received when an exempt, unclassified employee (pay scale group 14-23) is performing services beyond the scope of and not a part of their regular appointment (excluding Post-Doctorate Assistants, Research Associates, Unrepresented Faculty and Librarians).  4.What is a TWL?

A Temporary Work Level (TWL) salary adjustment is given when an employee performs work of a vacant higher-level position on a temporary basis or as indicated per bargaining unit agreement. A TWL should only be used for vacancies that are short-term due to medical leaves, recruitment periods, etc. More details are provided online in the TWL Users Guide at:  http://www.uc.edu/hr/documents/compensation/TWLUserGuide.pdf

Pay scale information can be found on the compensation page. Scroll down to Position Review,  http://www.uc.edu/hr/compensation/job_class_table.html , select appropriate unit or classification, and look up the number or title.
