3. What is an ADL?
Additional Compensation (ADL) is received when an exempt, unclassified employee (pay scale group 14-23) is performing services beyond the scope of and not a part of their regular appointment (excluding Post-Doctorate Assistants, Research Associates, Unrepresented Faculty and Librarians). 4.What is a TWL?
A Temporary Work Level (TWL) salary adjustment is given when an employee performs work of a vacant higher-level position on a temporary basis or as indicated per bargaining unit agreement.
