2. How do I contribute to the University’s 403(b) plan?
In order to contribute to the University’s 403(b) Plan, you must submit a Salary Reduction Agreement. The forms are available online on the HR Forms Web site or in the HR Service Center.

6. I am a participant in the 403(b) plan. How can I take a distribution of the money I’ve contributed?
The 403(b) plan does not permit hardship withdrawals or loans. Distributions are only available at age 59.5 or at termination. You should contact your 403(b) provider who will provide you with the appropriate distribution form. The form must be sent to UC's HR department for verification prior to processing by your 403(b) provider.
