The EduRisk training platform is provided by our insurance partner United Educators in order to provide on-the-spot training on a variety of topics to university employees. From safety of minors on campus to important training on potential risk or privacy concerns, EduRisk has a tool that will help to educate and train our community on these important matters. Partner with your supervisor or contact if you would like to learn more. 

Accessing EduRisk

For all individuals new to the EduRisk platform, you can self register for the Minors on Campus courses, or any other course by accessing one of the links below based on your roll:

Once you have selected the correct link above for your roll you will need to complete the remaining three easy steps:

  1. Complete the Registration Form.
    • Enter your first name, last name, and UC email. 
      • This will be your university id (formally callled your 6+2) followed by (ex.
  2. You will recieve a welcome email with your user name and temp password.
  3. Follow the link in the email to sign in.
  4. You will be prompted to do the following:
    • Enter your temporary password.
    • Create a new password.
    • Create and answer a security question.
  5. Once logged in be sure to complete the course(s) that was assigned to you.
  6. *For Students who need to access training for Protection of Minors on Campus, please select "All Others" above. 

Protection of Minors on Campus

What is the Protection of Minors on Campus Policy?

As part of our commitment to the safety of minors on campus, UC implemented the Protection of Minors Policy in 2016. In order to drive the importance of this policy and to ensure that university employess, volunteers, and guests are following university approved procedures for thoese that work with minors on campus, there are two univeristy approved e-learning programs through our EduRisk vendor partner:

  • Protecting Children: Hiring Staff Who Work With Minors
  • Protecting Children: Identifying and Reporting Sexual Misconduct

Please use the instructions above in order to create an account with EduRisk to access the Minors on Campus training, or any other training for your role at the university.

Existing users who previously registered for this training will have/should have recieved an automated email from EduRisk (United Educators) containing new login credentials in April 2017 as the login procedure has changed.

Tips & Troubleshooting

Completion of Course:

A history of your completed courses will be available in the "My Completions" section of your learning portal when you login to EduRisk. You will also recieve an email containing a link to access your certificate of completion upon successfuly completing the training(s). 

Please follow the procedures below to ensure access to the EduRisk platform:

  • Disable the pop-up blocker in your browser for
  • Ensure your PC meets all system requirements.
