Leadership Development: A Different Kind of Smart - Applying Emotional Intelligence at Work™ This in-depth workshop is intended to help leaders better understand emotional intelligence and develop their own emotional intelligence. It is based on Adele B. Lynn's, best selling books [The EQ Difference] and [The Emotional Intelligence Activity Book.] The workshop allows participants the opportunity to learn about themselves in a safe, personal environment. The workshop consists of two half-day sessions. Part 1 is a prerequisite to Part 2.
Part 1 - includes an in-depth knowledge of five aspects of emotional intelligence in the Lynn Model. Participants also take a self-assessment to gauge their own perception of their emotional intelligence; participants complete various short action plans during the session.
