Just Community Awards Announced From: University Currents Date: March 10, 2000 Archive: Campus News Nominations of students, faculty, staff, departments and organizations are being accepted for Just Community Awards. Nominees should actively participate in the programs and activities sponsored by UC's Just Community Initiative or an organization that supports Just Community. The purpose of the Just Community Awards, to be presented at the University Recognition Ceremony on May 21, is to recognize the people who work hard to make the UC campus a better place and who demonstrate a commitment to the spirit and principles of Just Community.
