Billy Scott, left, and Tom Newbold, both of the Division of Professional Practice, will attempt to win the coveted Golden Ladle, the first place award in the first-ever UC Co-op Cookoff on Thursday, June 8.

About 25 of the division's employees are expected to compete for the grand prize, with judging by Cincinnati Enquirer food editor Chuck Martin. Members of the UC community are invited to stop by for a free lunch.

Employees of Professional Practice who choose not to cook will provide plates and cups, utensils, napkins, condiments, beverages and ice. The competition begins at noon and concludes at 2 p.m. The goodies can be found on the sixth floor of Old Chemistry.

For more information, contact Newbold at 513-556-4535.
