Here's a look at the schedule for Wellness Week:

  • Monday, Feb. 7, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. -- Body Image and Eating Disorder Awareness Day: Students, faculty and staff can pick up information about body image and eating disorders and get the chance to win some prizes outside the UC Wellness Center at Room 247, Tangeman University Center (TUC). Step on the "Scale of Fortune" to receive positive reinforcement about body image.

  • Tuesday, Feb. 8, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. -- Stress Management Day: A certified massage therapist will perform free, five-minute massages outside UC's Wellness Center. Also on hand will be free information on how to manage stress.
