I was selected Fulbright Senior Specialist program for a period of five years starting Sept 2002. I have been serving as a reviewer for the Information Technology I program new nominations evaluation committee for year 2006 - 2007. Therefore, my term has been extended by two years. I made my first visit to Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, India from December 4, 2002 to January 4, 2003 and gave a series of lectures on Recent Advanced in Wireless and Mobile Systems.
