Chile International Business Program

Students are able to complete their International Business integral (15 credits) at UC and in Chile during winter quarter. Universidad del Desarrollo, our partner in Chile, provides a 3 week program that focuses on Latin American and Chilean business and economic development (particularly the Chilean economic miracle), cross-cultural management, and history and culture of the region. Students visit major Chilean industries: mining, forestry, fishing, fruit and wine production. The program includes a trip to Concepción, a highly industrialized port and Pucon, a popular tourist destination.

  • Seniors

  • Chile (Santiago)

January (3 weeks)
Students who participate in this program will be out of the country for less than 9 weeks.

  • Housing / Accommodations: Students will stay in a student residence in Santiago, and with families in Concepción. They will stay in cabins in Pucon.
  • Meals: One group meal is provided.
  • Transportation: Students are responsible for their own airfare from Cincinnati to Chile. Buses may be used for transportation within Chile.
