Purpose / Description:

Cultural Connections is a student organization dedicated to increasing intercultural interactions on the University of Cincinnati’s campus. Cultural Connections is dedicated in helping incoming students to get acquainted to UC’s campus as well as educating UC’s students of the different cultures by taking them on trips or inviting guest lecturers to speak.
Cultural Connections realizes that despite our different backgrounds, we are very similar in many ways. We aim to better understand and enjoy diverse cultures of the world and HAVE FUN !!! We try to do just as our name implies, to connect people with culture. In this effort, we put on social events and trips open to all UC students and faculty. We also assist UC International with addressing problems concerning International Students, especially incoming International Students to ensure a more comfortable and efficient transition into college.
