Guest Room Reservation Procedures
1. Complete all information requested on Guest Room Reservation Form (below).
2. Select payment method and complete requested payment information.
3. Submit the reservation request as indicated for the selected payment method.
• Campus Services Department Charge: Click Submit Request
• P-Card: FAX the printed Guest Room Reservation Request Form to 672-2353.
4. You will receive 2 emails:
The first email, which you will receive immediately, lists the reservation information you have requested. When you receive it, you will know that the information has also been sent to Kingsgate.
Within 24 hours, you will receive the second email. It will either confirm your reservation OR notify you that space is not available on the requested dates.
5. Rooms requested online will automatically be charged at the UC Administrative rate.
6. Fax or email of authorized charges for each guest may be requested at any time by calling Marriott Business Services at 865-980-4352.
Please note: The Campus Services Department Charge is the preferred method of payment. It provides two advantages:
1. The reservation request is submitted electronically.
2. You can change the account to which the reservation is ultimately charged.
