The University of Cincinnati, established in 1819, has become one of the nation's leading public, research institutions. Today the University has 14 colleges, over 41,000 students, and almost 10,000 faculty/staff. Over the years, the University's name and logos have represented the passion of UC's alumni, students, faculty, and fans. The Office of Trademarks and Licensing is responsible for protecting and promoting the use of the University of Cincinnati's name and logos.
