The entire registration fee is due at the time of registration. Upon written request, cancellations will be charged a $20.00 processing fee prior to October 21, 2013. A $40.00 processing fee will be assessed for a cancellation requested after October 21, 2013. No refunds will be issued after October 25, 2013, and the full registration fee will be assessed. A $15.00 processing fee will be added to all registrations not paid in full by the first day of the program. Checks or purchase orders should be made payable to the Association of College Unions International. All registration fees will be refunded if the event is cancelled due to low registration. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and will be accepted in international currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. Substitutions are welcome. All unpaid no shows will be billed.
