The MainStreet Connection Center keeps you connected. The center for campus information is located in TUC, Level 3 and offers a variety of services. The Connection Center hours are 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday, closed on Sundays during the regular academic year. Hours vary during the summer and academic breaks. The Connection Center can also be reached by calling 513-556-2831.
Bearcat Card Customer Service
The Bearcat Card is the smart way to do business on campus. Swipe it and conduct business all over campus. It can also be used off campus at participating restaurants and stores. The Bearcat Card office is located at the MainStreet Connection Center in TUC, Level 3, with limited services on nights and weekends. Check out our website at www.uc.edu/bearcatcard.
