Annual Fashion Show Sells Out! See It Simulcast Instead

Because of its reputation and widely acknowledged quality, the University of Cincinnati’s annual fashion show is already sold out!

The show is set for 8 p.m., Friday, June 10, under a big-top tent on the grounds of the renowned

College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning

.  However, just because the event is sold out doesn’t mean you can’t see it.

There are two options for viewing this 54th-annual fashion gala:

Fashions from the event will be previewed this week throughout DAAP as part of a free, public showing of senior, capstone projects.  UC’s fashion excellence can be found throughout the college but especially along the main staircase that runs the entire length of the building and in front of the DAAP library, which is located in Room 5480.  Best times to see these free fashion previews are 9 a.m.-9 p.m. both Wednesday, June 8, and Thursday, June 9

The fashion show will also be simulcast to DAAP’s main (air-conditioned) auditorium – located in Room 4400 of the College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning – at 8 p.m., Friday, June 10.  The auditorium holds over 350 people, and tickets will be sold at the door for $10 on a first-come, first-served basis.

Further action is required to make this image accessible

One of the below criteria must be satisfied:

  • Add image alt tag OR
  • Mark image as decorative

The image will not display on the live site until the issue above is resolved.

To preview the fashions on Wednesday or Thursday; to attend the simulcast event; or to attend the outdoor event if you’re already a ticket holder, come to UC’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning located at the corner of Clifton and Martin Luther King avenues in Clifton.  Parking is available in Brodie Garage, adjacent to the college.  For a map, go to

April 17, 2024

In the heart of UC's 1819 Innovation Hub lies the Ground Floor Makerspace, an advanced and active hub of ingenuity where students, faculty and the community converge to bring their ideas to life. This includes being the birthplace of robots much like miniature race cars, combating fender to fender in an enclosed boxing ring. Combat robots like UC's Maximizer will again be fighting for first place in the National Havoc Robot League (NHRL) competition, slated for April 20.
