
| The Women's Institute in Leadership Development started at UC in 2003 and has radiated out to other area institutions of higher education. |
The program consists of seven sessions on various topics including career development, leadership and negotiation. Sessions are held at participating institutions once a month. The University of Cincinnati underwrites tuition for selected participants.
