Thousands of Bearcat fans kicked off UC's crisp Homecoming weekend Oct. 14 at the Friday-night parade and pep rally on campus. It was the perfect start to a weekend that led to the Bearcats defeating Louisville 25-16 at Paul Brown Stadium Saturday. Check out a few highlights from the parade and pep rally.

UC, Nexigen agree to collaborate on AI security

An agreement between the University of Cincinnati and information technology and cybersecurity firm Nexigen will lead to collaboration on artificial intelligence, which includes a goal of making the technology more secure. Nexigen, one of the Cincinnati region's largest IT service and cybersecurity firms, builds technology solutions for companies in the United States. While not a legally binding contract, the agreement between the Kentucky-based company and UC will lead to cooperation on securing grants, give UC students real-world experience and provide Nexigen with expertise from UC faculty and students.
Rock of Truth installed on Sigma Sigma Commons

The University of Cincinnati’s Sigma Sigma Commons is home to a new sculpture by Jon Isherwood. Commissioned by UC alumni of Sigma Sigma, an honorary fraternity, the Rock of Truth was unveiled during Alumni Week on Friday, April 12.
