Zumba Classes Being Offered for Free

Zumba is back and just in time to get fit for spring! The first Zumba class will be held in the Student Activities Center on Tuesday, February 26 at 5:10 p.m. It’s a free, one hour session and faculty, staff and students are invited to join us! Encourage a co-worker and/or a student and stop by to exercise. You can go at your own pace and have fun doing it.

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class.

The eight session schedule is as follows:

2/26
3/05
3/12
3/19

* Spring Break – this session will depend on # of participants
3/26
4/02
4/09
4/16

All sessions are held in the Student Activities Center on Tuesday at 5:10 p.m.
