Call for Proposals for 20th Annual AURCO Conference

The 20th annual conference for the Association for University Regional Campuses of Ohio (AURCO) is being hosted at UC Clermont College April 4-5. The theme of this year’s conference is “Celebrating the 20th Annual Conference.” An opening reception at the Holiday Inn Eastgate banquet hall will feature entertainment by local band “No Consolation” the evening of Friday, April 4. The conference is Saturday, April 5.

 

Faculty are invited to submit proposals for concurrent sessions and afternoon panels. The proposal submission deadline is 5 p.m. Feb. 1.

 

Individual Proposals:

 

Proposals should be for standard, 15-20 minute presentations during concurrent sessions or 30-60 minute workshops/short courses. We are especially interested in multidisciplinary topics related to the scholarship of teaching and learning, innovative teaching techniques and classroom activities, as well as the application of technology in both face-to-face and online instruction. Proposals can be made for a group (up to three co-presenters) or for individual presentations.
