UC to Hold Faculty Roundtable Discussion on Political Crisis in Ukraine
The discussion will be held March 12 and features faculty from political science, history and European studies.
The University of Cincinnati is holding a roundtable discussion about the current political crisis in Ukraine on March 12.
The event will be held from 12:30-2 p.m., Wednesday, March 12, in McMicken Hall, Room 53. The discussion will feature three panelists, a moderator and a discussant.
The moderator is Michele Vialet, professor in the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures and director of European studies. The panelists include Willard Sunderland, associate professor and head of the Department of History; Richard Harknett, associate professor and department head of political science; and Ivan Ivanov, professor of political science. Nicholas Seay, an undergraduate student and member of the UC Russian Club, will also participate in the discussion.
The roundtable discussion is sponsored by the Office of the Dean of the McMicken College of Arts and Sciences, the Department of History, the Department of Political Science and the UC Russian Club.
