UC Surplus Holds Public Sale on Aug. 2
The next UC Surplus Equipment Department's public sale is set for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 2, at the facility located at 5121 Fishwick Drive.
Inventory to be offered features a large selection of computers (without hard drives or operating systems), including packaged units with a PC, 19-inch monitor, stand, keyboard and mouse for $50; a Chevy Astro van for $595; student desks and dressers; a large selection of lab equipment; heavy-duty shelving units; and chairs, folding tables and a variety of unique furniture items.
Purchases can be made via check, credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover) or money order, but no cash is accepted.
