UC Clermont's Alex Robb USCAA Volleyball Setter of the Week - Again!

For the second time this season, junior setter Alex Robb has been named the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Setter of the Week. She also received this honor during the first week of the season.

The Amelia High School graduate earned her second award by recording 6 kills, 58 assists, 17 digs and 2 blocks during UC Clermont’s recent wins over Wilmington College and West Virginia-Parkersburg. The win over NCAA D-III member Wilmington was the first in the history of the Cougar Volleyball Program.

Robb is the first volleyball player to be honored twice this season by the USCAA.

The UC Clermont volleyball team registered a pair of impressive wins during the past week to solidify their top 10 ranking in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) national poll.

Clermont returns home on Saturday for an important contest with USCAA rival Berea College. Both teams are rated in the top ten in the latest USCAA national poll, so the match will have significant implications for national tournament at large bids later in the month. Game time is 1 p.m. in the “Cougardome.”
