Magic of the Night

, featuring illusionist Stephen Knight in an original haunted magic show filled with chills and thrills for the whole family. Inspired by the traveling midnight ghost shows of the past, this spectacular production features Halloween-themed illusions and magical ghostly phenomena. Stephen transforms skeletons into humans, causes a witch to float in mid-air, and shares the tales of several “haunted” artifacts with the audience. Comedy abounds as when one young audience member is invited to a magic laboratory to create their very own monster. The special effects and props featured in this show are spooky – not bloody or gory – making this the perfect family fright for adults and children to enjoy together. Show off your Halloween spirit by wearing costumes to the show! Recommended for grades 1-8.

Halloween Reception

Wear your Halloween costume to the reception and receive a treat! Before Stephen Knight dazzles audiences with his spooktacular magic show join us for refreshments and Halloween-themed kids crafts. This event is FREE and open to theatre attendees. No registration required.

Calico Children’s Theatre is a UC Clermont College initiative geared toward families with young children. All performances are held in the Krueger Auditorium on the UC Clermont College campus at 4200 Clermont College Dr. and are approximately one hour long.
