Annual Benefits Enrollment Ends on Nov. 30

The University of Cincinnati’s Annual Enrollment period began on Nov. 1 and ends on Nov. 30. If you haven’t done so already, please take a few minutes and complete your 2015 enrollment.

You will make your enrollment elections online using UC Flex Employee Self Service (ESS) located at

www.ucflex.uc.edu

In 2015, you will have a choice of two medical plans – the

High Deductible Health Plan

/Health Savings Account and the

PPO

(currently named POS).  The plans and employee costs will remain the same in 2015.

UC’s dental plan carrier in 2015 will continue to be Humana.  The plans and employee costs will remain the same in 2015.

Changes for 2015

• The HMO and First 1000 Plans will no longer be available.  

• Anthem will replace Humana as the medical and pharmacy plan claims administrator.  You can learn more about Anthem online:  http://www.uc.edu/hr/2015-health-plan/anthem.
