The basis of Whole Brain® Thinking and all Herrmann International learning modules, the
Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument
(HBDI®), teaches you how to communicate with those who think the same as you and those who think differently than you. Once individuals understand their thinking style preferences, the door is open to improved teamwork, leadership, client relationships, creativity, problem solving, and other aspects of personal and interpersonal development.
About the presenter:
James Mary is a trainer, facilitator and leadership and cultural coach at Make it Plain Consulting. He has extensive experience working with businesses, non-profits, schools, hospitals and sports teams. An energetic, passionate presenter, coach and group facilitator with 20-plus years of experience in the U.S. and parts of Asia, Mary is often approached to provide HBDI Whole Brain leadership assessments, employee development, communication skills, and emotional intelligence awareness across organizations. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Georgia, and a master's degree from Xavier University in human resource development.
