UC Blood Drive Donations to Touch 2,202 Lives
University of Cincinnati students, faculty and staff rolled up their sleeves the week of Feb. 1 to help save lives in their community with blood donations.
The event was a successful in registering 906 blood donors, of which 207 were first time donors. The week-long event collected 734 lifesaving products which will help to save over 2,202 lives in Tri-State hospitals, said Alecia Lipton, public information officer.
