UC Learning & Development Center Offers Professional Development Courses
The UCHR Learning & Leadership Development Center (LLDC) is currently seeking participants who are focused on professional development, love to learn, and enjoy networking with others.
We offer both individual contributor and manager level classes for the UC community. These professional development classes include such topics as communication, conflict management, building and sustaining trust, change management, and more.
