UC Learning & Development Center Offers Professional Development Courses

The UCHR Learning & Leadership Development Center (LLDC) is currently seeking participants who are focused on professional development, love to learn, and enjoy networking with others.

We offer both individual contributor and manager level classes for the UC community.  These professional development classes include such topics as communication, conflict management, building and sustaining trust, change management, and more.

  • Thursday, Jan. 26 @ 8:30am-12:30p: Communicating with Impact
    Audience: Individual Contributors | Cost: $50 | Where: University Hall 450

  • Tuesday, Jan. 31 @ 9:00am-11:00am: Self Trust:  Increasing Your Credibility and Influence at Work
    Audience: All UC Staff | Cost: Free | Where: TUC 400a

  • Tuesday, Jan. 31 @ 1:30p-3:30p: Service Excellence
    Audience: All UC Staff | Cost: Free | Where: TUC 400a

Manager Approval:

  • Manager approval is required for all employee types in order to register for the LLDC workshops. (If you try to register for a course and you receive the message, “Unknown Supervisor…”, or if the reporting manager is incorrect, please reach out to your unit’s HR representative to correct the reporting structure in UCFlex.)
