Jan. 4 Wine and Spirits Tasting at Mick and Mack’s Café: Wines from Down Under

UC ingot    Wine & Spirits Tastings take place every first Thursday, with the first spirit served at 5:30 p.m., and include a flight of three wines and hors d’oeuvres for $20 per person, not including gratuity.

January 4 – Wines from Down Under:
  • Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc, paired with Fried Calamari with a Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce
  • Lucky Country Shiraz, paired with Barbecued Snags with Grilled Onions, Lamb Roast with Garlic, Rosemary and Olive Oil, Baked Potatoes, and Roasted Heirloom Carrots
  • Jacob’s Creek Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon, paired with Coconut Pastry Cream-filled Chocolate Cups with Cherry Sauce
