SuccessFactors Learning Module Is Live

UC ingot   The University of Cincinnati’s Strategic Direction stipulates academic excellence is key to the long term success of the university. Central to UC’s commitment to excellence is the transformation to a culture of talent management.  Talent management takes a holistic view of managing the value of our employees by attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining productive, engaged individuals. The goal is to create a high-performance, sustainable organization that meets its strategic and operational goals and objectives. 

One component of our new talent management framework is the implementation of a new employee-focused Learning Management module, supported by SAP SuccessFactors.  This Learning module will provide easy access to campus learning and development opportunities for our faculty, staff, and student employees.  Over the next several months, employee learning course owners will be transitioning offerings into SuccessFactors Learning.   

SucessFactors Learning allows employees to:
  • Explore, view, and self-register for instructor led and electronic professional development workshops. 
  • Register for systems education such as UCFlex, Catalyst, etc.
  • Access completed course transcripts, earned certificates, and more!
Supervisors can:
  • Assign learning programs to their staff.
  • View staff progress in assigned learning programs.
  • Much more.
