Mick & Mack’s Contemporary Café, Tangeman University Center, Level 3
Three-course meal paired with three distinct wines: $20 per person, not including gratuity.
Chana Masala

First Course:
  • Vegetable Samosas, crispy and stuffed with Potatoes and Green Peas
  • Aloo Tikki, Potato Croquettes with Tamarind and Coriander-Mint Sauce
  • Starters paired with Chateau Ste Michelle Dry Riesling
Family-style Entrées:
  • Chickpea Curry, simmered in Spiced Tomato Sauce
  • Baingan Bharta, stewed Eggplant with Tomatoes, Onions and Spices
  • Both served with Basmati Rice, Kachumber and Naan, and paired with Belleruche Côtes du Rhône
Dessert:
  • Kheer, Rice Pudding served with Raisins and Pistachios
  • Paired with Bread & Butter Chardonnay
