Beat The Heat With Cool SSC Development Workshops in June

The end of spring is upon us; bringing with it national donut day (June 1), national hug a cat day (June 4), the first day of summer (June 20), and a host of opportunities from the Staff Success Center to further your professional and leadership development!

The Staff Success Center offers both individual contributor and manager level classes for the UC community.  These professional development classes include such topics as communication, conflict management, building and sustaining trust, change management, and more.  

Complete information and registration for the workshops can be located by logging into SuccessFactors Learning: accessible via the SuccessFactors Homepage. Users can find a complete set of job aids and navigation videos to help navigate SuccessFactors Learning from this portal. All workshops will be held in the Staff Success Center’s training rooms on the 4th floor of University Hall unless otherwise noted below.
