Mark Richey, founder and CEO of Synchrony Communications
Richey has led Synchrony's growth to 130 employees operating in four cities. When it comes to utilizing technology for direct sales, improved customer relations, and optimum margins, few are as prepared and experienced. He is a highly regarded speaker on Customer Resource Management (CRM) and allied systems. Prior to founding Synchrony, Richey held management positions with Genesys Telecom, Gain Technology, Siebel Systems, Digital Controls, and Cincom Systems. He was responsible for sales, marketing, product management, pricing, and strategic planning.
Lisa Adkinson, Vice President of Marketing for Charles H. Mack & Company
As a business strategist, Adkinson facilitated strategy development with more than 200 companies and served as a lead instructor in the Strategic Eight Program of the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce. She has worked extensively with companies in the application of technology to sales, forecasting, marketing, and employee. Adkinson previously served as the CEO of Inner Applications which was recognized as one of the top 20 women-owned businesses in Cincinnati during her tenure. She received the "Woman Entrepreneur of the Year" award in 1992 and has been President and Chairperson of the Board of Women Entrepreneurs Inc., a nonprofit organization serving small businesses.
Gregg St. John, Consulting Partner with Olive LLP
St. John is a frequent speaker at the local, regional, and national level on subjects ranging from sales and production forecasting to supply systems. His knowledge of technologies, methods and practices in industries as diverse as aerospace, consumer goods, retail and automotive give his instruction universal appeal. St. John is responsible for Olive LLP's consulting services in Southern Ohio and also serves as the firm's Center of Excellence Leader for Supply Chain Management and Business Process Improvement Services. Before joining Olive, he was a National Practice Leader based in the Cincinnati office of Grant Thornton LLP.

Piciacchia specializes in training and implementing production strategies for World Class Manufacturing, Just-in-Time, CIM, and Supply Chain Logistics. With more than 30 years experience in strategic planning, plant operations, distribution, and factory automation, he has taught around the world. Piciacchia leads all Just-in-Time, cellular manufacturing, and lean production activities for Lockwood Greene. His client base includes Pepsi Cola, P&G, Boeing, TRW, and Lucent Technologies.
Donald J. Gregory, independent consultant
After more than 20 years at GE Aircraft Engines, Gregory now works with companies to achieve productivity improvements, better process yields, strategic production plans, and optimum material flows. He served on the industrial and technology boards of CAM-I, NCMS, U.S. Air Force ManTech, and the Industrial Management Center. As an independent consultant his clients today include Meyer Tool Company, Goodyear Tire, and Lucas Aerospace in addition to GE.
