A dedication ceremony for Corryville's new Bellevue Gardens Apartments project will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6 at the development site, located on Martin Luther King Drive between Highland and Eden Avenues in Corryville. The dedication will feature open house tours.
The University of Cincinnati is one of the project partners of this $4 million development, designed to enhance and revitalize the Corryville community. Bellevue Gardens includes 40 apartments in a location just north of downtown, adjacent to UC and major hospitals including UC Medical Center, which is also a project partner.
Other partners include the Cincinnati Department of Neighborhood Services and the Corryville Community Council.
