"What makes her a perfect choice for this award is that the service she renders brings her into contact with so many different types of UC customers: students, prospective students, parents, visitors, vendors, board members, prominent donors and benefactors, staff and faculty. She treats each with a caring attitude," notes another nomination letter. Maha's solid service ethic extends beyond campus boundaries to lost truck drivers and others looking for nearby hospitals. In addition to giving great directions, you can count on Maha for a bright ray of sunshine, even on rainy days.
