MarketPointe at Siddall Holds Unique Features

The new, modern MarketPointe at Siddall not only holds a fabulous view of campus from its window seating, but there are also some interesting views on the inside, and not just at the food stations.
Diners may not yet have noticed that there are 11 graphic panels linked around the MarketPointe, measuring 16 feet long and four feet high. Those panels hold 126 different photos of students, faculty and staff at the University of Cincinnati.
Furthermore, each of the 11 panels includes a key word (one panel holds two words) from the principles for the Just Community: Respect, Openness, Responsibility, Justice, Integrity, Freedom, Civility, Individuality, Scholarship, Excellence, Community and Learning. The words, "University of Cincinnati" are spelled out over the entire 11 panels.
The MarketPointe also has a ceiling beam that runs diagonal to the Baldwin Quad, a reference to the oldest part of the university.
