With all the campus construction at UC lately, this nine-member team gets plenty of work to keep them busy. Last fiscal year, they completed more than 2,500 work orders - an average of 50 a week. As you can imagine, customers can get very touchy about their stuff being picked up and moved around. Yet on its annual survey, customers rated the Moving Crew a 4.62 out of a possible 5. Fourteen of 27 responses ranked them a perfect 5. "If there is ever a team of front-line employees that fits the description of displaying good "User Satisfaction" each and every day, it's this group right here," says Gary Herzog of Grounds and Moving Services.
