Ever since Steve Smith started working at the College of Business Administration, co-workers have noticed a substantial improvement in its cleanliness. Steve's responsibilities cover the basement, third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors at Lindner Hall. "Although he never publicizes it, he routinely goes above and beyond the call of duty," said Barbara Metzger. "I particularly value Steve's friendly, 'can do' attitude," said associate dean Marianne Lewis. "Everyday he offers a smiling face and a genuine willingness to help. Steve is diligent and respectful, clearly caring for the offices and - more importantly - the people of Lindner Hall." Associate Dean Michael Magazine adds that he, too, has personally "experienced Steve's contributions to a positive environment." Says faculty member Andrea Dixon: "In truth, Steve makes my day each morning when he knocks on my door for the trash. His warm and genuine interest in doing a good job can inspire us all."
