UC's Quality Service Initiative is launching a new University-wide Suggestion Program.
Effective May 1, students, faculty and staff can make suggestions for improving university services and operations, according to an announcement sent by James R. Tucker, acting vice president for Administrative Services and Human Resources, to deans, directors and department heads.
For students, approved suggestions will earn a coupon worth $50 off a purchase at the UC Bookstores. For faculty and staff, approved suggestions will earn a $50 pre-tax cash award to be paid on the employee's paycheck.
Full details are available online at www.feedback.uc.edu. Program entries may be submitted online via UC Is Listening at the same web site or via Mail Services to Diane Lewis, suggestion program administrator, at Mail Location 0080. Copies of the form will be available on the QSI web site at www.qsi.uc.edu/, the Human Resources Main Office in University Hall (Room 360), or from college and department business administrators. Questions and comments can be directed to Diane Lewis at (513) 556-2704.
