Daughters Invited to UC on April 25

For Take Our Daughters to Work Day 2002, the university is inviting faculty and staff to bring a shadow to work later this month. All UC faculty and staff are invited to bring a daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter or neighbor to work with them on Thursday, April 25.

For the fourth year in a row, the university's Women's Center will offer a free pizza lunch, entertainment and educational information for the young visitors and their adult hosts. Reservations for the luncheon must be made by April 20.

Lunch will be served from 11:30 to1:30 p.m. on Campus Green. This year marks the 10th anniversary of this national program, which is sponsored by the Ms. Foundation for Women, to allow girls ages 9-15 to experience a variety of career options.
