Proposals For Participation
All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by at least three members from the international program committees. All submissions will be handled through the conference website. Parallel paper presentations will be published separately from the abstracts of the poster and demonstration sessions.
According to Registration Regulation For NOEHS R2P International 2006, inclusion of papers in the proceedings is conditional upon registration of at least one author per paper by Sept 15, 2006.
Parallel paper presentations. Papers will be accepted separately for each of three programs, namely, applications, science and research (health effects), and use of nanohealth technologies Abstracts submitted should include a statement of the objective and significance of the proposed presentation, a description of methods, and a discussion of results.
Poster and demonstration sessions. These sessions have been especially designed to accommodate the late-breaking scientific and professional news, work in progress or work which can be more effectively presented via demonstrations. Equipment needed for demonstration is the responsibility of the authors. Abstracts submitted should include the essence of the planned presentation.
Workshops and Focus Groups. The objective of these sessions is to bring together Conference participants to discuss a topic of common interest. Workshop provide an external forum for small groups to exchange ideas on a topic of common interest, reflected on position papers submitted by the participants. The format of Focus Groups may vary, including informal or formal group meetings. Abstracts submitted for Workshops or Focus Groups should state the objective and significance of the session, the number of participants, how potential participants will be selected (whether it is open or by invitation), the agenda, and the anticipated duration.
Tutorials. Several half-day and full-day tutorials will be offered at introductory, intermediate, and advanced levels, covering the entire spectrum of the subjects of the Conference. Abstracts submitted should state the objective, content, form and length of the tutorial, as well as the target audience. Proposals should be accompanied by a brief CV of the presenter(s) and Audio-Visual requirements.
