Grade Replacement

Undergraduate students at the University of Cincinnati are allowed to repeat five courses, not to exceed fifteen (15) credit hours, during their academic career at UC. The most recent grade will be computed in the GPA instead of the original course grade. 

• You must complete a Grade Replacement form and submit it to the college office in the college in which the course was offered. 

• The Course Repeat form MUST be submitted to the college office no later than the 58th calendar day of the quarter.  Forms received later than the 58th calendar day will not be accepted. There is no appeal process if you miss the submission deadline.
