When should I visit the ombuds office?
- ANY time that you are looking for informal, confidential and impartial assistance with a difficult or sensitive issue.
- ANY time that you need a neutral third party to listen to your concerns.
- ANY time that you seek guidance to effectively resolve a conflict on your own.
- ANY time that you are unsure of where else to go.
- ANY time that you need help to identify options - "Ombuds Offers Options."

Who can use the Ombuds office's services?
Any member of the university community can request assistance from the Ombuds Office, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, and parents. The Ombuds Office receives more than 2500 inquiries every year.
