Bearcats Bound Orientation for CCM
CCM students should follow this schedule rather than the schedule that is listed in the Bearcats Bound Orientation booklet or under Schedule-Students on the Orientation web site. Note that this schedule is subject to slight change. You will receive a final schedule in your Bearcats Bound packet at check-in on Thursday, June 13, 2013.
Day One: Thursday, June 13, 2013

| 8:00 a.m. | CCM WELCOME (this session is required for ALL CCM students) Corbett Auditorium |

| 2:15 p.m. | Academic Advising and Registration |
| 2:30 p.m. | TAKING CARE of BUSINESS – UC Health Insurance waivers,UC Bookstore Open House, Parking Permits, Bearcat Card, Text Book reservation and more. |

| 6:30 p.m. | CCM Tour leaving from the CCM Atrium |

| 4:30–9:00 p.m. | Overnight check-in for students and guests staying overnight in Siddall Hall. |
Check-in for Overnight Stay - students and guests staying overnight in Siddall Hall may check-in at the desk located in the lobby of Siddall. You may stay one or two nights by reserving online however, if you need 3 or more nights please contact the Orientation Office at (513) 556-2486 or email orientation@uc.edu to make those arrangements.The overnight stay fee is $35 per night/per person.
Please bring a sleeping bag or linen and towels for your overnight stay. See the additional details on page 11 in the Bearcats Bound booklet.

The New CCM Bearcats School Supplies Drive
It will soon be “Back to School” for many elementary school boys and girls. For most children, the start of a new school year is an exciting time filled with great anticipation and hope. But for children whose families are unable to afford new school supplies, the start of school can cause feelings of embarrassment.
Team up with your Student Orientation Leaders and help these children in need. Please bring some new school supplies to your Bearcats Bound Orientation. The Donation Box will be located near the check-in desk. Requested items include but are not limited to the following items
Crayons ~ Pencils ~ Markers (water based) ~ Pens ~ Notebook ~ Glue (white,non-toxic)

Bearcats Bound Orientation Reservation
CCM has only ONE Orientation date. YOu will be able to schedule your classes and take care of a myriad of details when you attend Orientation. If you have not made your orientation reservation the best way to do so is to reserve online at www.uc.edu/orientation. You will need to pay for orientation when you reserve. You may use a credit/debit card or your checking account to make your payment. You will receive an instant confirmation of your orientation date.
