Committee Name	Civic Engagement Council
Advisory to	Vice President for Governmental Relations and University Communications
Charge	Better coordinate and leverage UC’s civic engagement.  Several vice presidential areas are represented in the council:  University Relations, Finance, Student Affairs, Administration and Finance, Health Affairs and the Provost.  Goals of the council are to coordinate and leverage existing efforts foster new and continuing collaboration, celebrate outstanding programs, and communicate UC’s impact to the larger region.
