Charge

The Council of Deans serves primarily as a forum for the deans to discuss and evaluate important issues facing the university and to provide advice, guidance, and recommendations to the Provost and President on these issues and other academic matters. 

Composition

The Council of Deans is composed of the deans of the colleges and schools of the University, the Dean and University Librarian, and the Associate Provost and Director for the Division of Professional Practice.
