Provides guidance in the management of conflicts of interest arising from the activities of the university and its employees, and ensures that relationships between the university, its employees and outside entities have been examined and will be conducted in a manner consistent with institutional guidelines and all applicable law. |

5 members serving three year terms with staggered rotation who have sufficient breadth of experience to provide substantive review of the activities and relationships that come before them, and includes 2 members selected by the Faculty Senate |
