In Memoriam: Political Science's Paul Power
Paul Power, professor emeritus of political science, passed away at his home on July 9, 2004.
Paul Power, professor emeritus of political science, passed away at his home on July 9, 2004. He taught at UC for more than two decades.A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Power served in World War II and later earned his degrees at Yale and New York University. He was instrumental in the founding of Amnesty International and volunteered in several local arts organizations and social agencies.
He is survived by his wife, a daughter, three sons, and three grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Cincinnati Fine Arts Fund or to a charity of choice.
