How does our company register?
Registration will open on November 20, 2014 and will close on Friday, January 30, 2015. To create a registration, please visit the registration page.
Are invoices provided?
Yes. When you register online or make a payment, an invoice will automatically be sent to the email address provided. Invoices may be mailed upon request and can also be viewed at any time on your registration page.

During registration, check the box for participating in Interview Day on Friday, February 20. Participating companies are given a sample schedule to fill with student names at the career fair, and can interview with these students at times of their choosing on Friday.
What are the hours of the career fair?
All events are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for students, with booth setup for the companies starting at 8 a.m.
What is the shipping address for the career fair?
Our shipping and receiving will be handled through UC Central Receiving. You can ship things to the fair at any time, but all items need to be received by two days prior to the fair for proper processing. Be sure to make arrangement for return shipping with your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for any mishandled or misplaced packages.

Between January 5 and February 4, only a 50% refund will be granted for registration cancellations. After February 5, there will be no refunds for registration cancellations. Payments are due on February 6. An additional late payment fee of $50 will be applied for every two weeks payments are overdue after February 6. All fees charged (late registration, late payment, etc.) are non-refundable unless specifically noted.
ATTN: Payment is expected by February 6 if you plan on attending the event.

Where do I stay if I am from out of town?
There are two hotels located near UC's Main Campus: the Kingsgate Marriott and the Hampton Inn and Suites. Check back soon for information regarding hotel blocks at both of these hotels.
Where will the events be held? How do I get there? Both career fairs and the Interview Day will be held in the award-winning Campus Recreation Center on University of Cincinnati's main campus. Parking and directions are provided on the Information Packet PDF which you can download here.
Will breakfast, lunch, and parking passes be provided? Yes. A continental breakfast will be made available during setup and a rolling lunch will be served. Parking passes will be distributed to you once you have completed a survey. Instructions on how to use the parking passes can be found in your employer packet provided the day of the career fair.
Will we have access to an Internet connection and power outlets?
Yes. Each company will have access to a complimentary wireless internet connection, and you may request power during your registration for an additional fee. I have another question that isn't listed here. Visit the Contact Us page to send us your question.
