Frequently Asked Questions

How does our company register?

Registration will open Sunday, June 1, 2014 and will close on Wednesday, September 10, 2014. To create a registration, please visit the registration page.

Are invoices provided?

Yes. When you register online or make a payment, an invoice will automatically be sent to the email address provided. Invoices may be mailed upon request and can also be viewed at any time on your registration page.

How do I make a payment?

Payments for the UC Fall Career Week can be mailed to the following address:

How does our company schedule interviews?

During registration, check the box for participating in Interview Day on Friday, September 19. Participating companies are given a sample schedule to fill with student names at the career fair, and can interview with these students at times of their choosing on Friday.

What are the hours of the career fair?

All events are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for students, with booth setup for the companies starting at 8 a.m.

What is the shipping address for the career fair?

Our shipping and receiving will be handled through UC Central Receiving. You can ship things to the fair at any time, but all items need to be received by two days prior to the fair for proper processing. Be sure to make arrangement for return shipping with your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for any mishandled or misplaced packages.

Where do I stay if I am from out of town?

Nearby hotels include Hampton Inn and Suites, Kingsgate Marriott, and Springhill Suites.

Where will the events be held? How do I get there?

Both career fairs and the Interview Day will be held in the award-winning Campus Recreation Center on University of Cincinnati's main campus. Parking and directions are provided on the Information Packet PDF which you can download here.

Will breakfast, lunch, and parking passes be provided?

Yes. A continental breakfast will be made available during setup and a rolling lunch will be served. Parking passes will be distributed to you once you have completed a survey. Instructions on how to use the parking passes can be found in your employer packet provided the day of the career fair.

Will we have access to an Internet connection and power outlets?

Yes. Each company will have access to a complimentary wireless internet connection, and you may request power during your registration for an additional fee.

Driving Directions

From the west via I-74 East

1. Take I-74 east to I-75 south.
2. From I-75, take the Hopple Street exit (exit 3).
3. Turn left off the exit on to Hopple Street.
4. As you cross the first intersection (Central Parkway),
    Hopple Street becomes Martin Luther King Drive (You
    will pass White Castle on the right).
5. Follow Martin Luther King Drive up the hill to Clifton
    Avenue. (Clifton Ave. is at the third stop light.)
6. Stay on Martin Luther King Drive until you come to the
    first light after Clifton Avenue. Take a right hand turn
    onto Woodside Drive.
7. Volunteers will be available to direct you from here.


From the north or south via I-75

1. From I-75, take the Hopple Street exit (exit 3). (If you
   are travelling north, Hopple Street exits from the left
   lane)
2. Turn left off the exit on to Hopple Street.
3. As you cross the first intersection (Central Parkway),
   Hopple Street becomes Martin Luther King Drive (you
   will pass White Castle on the right).
4. Follow Martin Luther King Drive up the hill to Clifton
    Avenue. (Clifton Ave. is at the third stop light.)
5. Stay on Martin Luther King Drive until you come to the
    first light after Clifton Avenue. Take a right hand turn
    onto Woodside Drive.
6. Volunteers will be available to direct you from here.


From the south via I-71 North

1. Take I-71 north until it merges with I-75 north just
    south of Florence, KY.
2. Stay on I-75 north after you cross the Ohio River (Stay
    in left lane on bridge).
3. From the left lane on I-75, take the Hopple Street exit
    (exit 3).
4. Turn left off the exit on to Hopple Street.
5. As you cross the first intersection (Central Parkway),
    Hopple Street becomes Martin Luther King Drive (You
    will pass White Castle on the right).

6. Follow Martin Luther King Drive up the hill to Clifton
    Avenue. (Clifton Ave. is at the third stop light.)
7. Stay on Martin Luther King Drive until you come to the
    first light after Clifton Avenue. Take a right hand turn
    onto Woodside Drive.
8. Volunteers will be available to direct you from here.


From the north via I-71 South

1. From I-71 south, take the Taft Road exit (exit 3).
2. The exit places you on Taft Road, a one-way street
    heading west.
3. Take a right on Jefferson Avenue; this will be your
    sixth stoplight after the exit, just after a Kroger on
    your right and CVS on your left.
4. Following Jefferson Avenue, pass two stoplights and
    get into the left hand lane. Turn left across
    southbound Jefferson Avenue traffic and turn left on
    Martin Luther King Drive at the stoplight. If you reach
    Vine Street, you have gone too far.
5. Stay on Martin Luther King Drive until you come to the
    second light. Take a left hand turn onto Woodside Dr.
6. Volunteers will be available to direct you from here.


From the east via US 50

1. From US 50 west, turn right on Taft Road.
2. Taft is a one-way street heading west.
3. Follow Taft Road. You will merge with traffic coming
    from I-71 South.
4. Take a right on Jefferson Avenue; this will be your fifth
    stoplight after the merger, just after a Kroger on your
    right and CVS on your left.
5. Following Jefferson Avenue, pass two stoplights and
    get into the left hand lane. Turn left across
    southbound Jefferson Avenue traffic and turn left on
    Martin Luther King Drive at the stoplight. If you reach
    Vine Street, you have gone too far.
6. Stay on Martin Luther King Drive until you come to the
    second light. Take a left hand turn onto Woodside Dr.
7. Volunteers will be available to direct you from here.
