When will the Fair be held?
The Division of Professional Practice and Experiential Learning and the Career Development Center’s Spring Career Fair will be held on Wednesday, February 6 and Thursday, February 7. Booth setup for both career fairs begins at 8 a.m. the day of the fair. Students will be able to attend the fair from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
Where will the Fair be held?
The Career Fair will be held in the University of Cincinnati’s Campus Recreation Center.
Parking is available in the Woodside, Campus Green, and University Avenue Garages. Directions and maps are provided on the following pages.
What is the cost for attending the Fair?

Standard Booth $600 $1,000
Non-Profit $150 $250
Sponsor $1,200 $2,000
Please note that there is a limit of 3 recruiters per booth for Standard,
Non-Profit and Sponsors.
What will be provided for attending representatives?
We will hold a Faculty/Staff Networking Breakfast for both days and lunch for all attending representatives. Parking passes will be provided to each company representative after turning in the representative survey.
If I choose to be a Sponsor, what will I receive?
- High visibility booth space
- Two booth spaces
- Company Logo on the Career Fair booklet
- Company Logo on all marketing materials for the Fair
Will we have access to internet?
All companies will have access to a wireless internet connection.
Can we ship booth materials prior to the fair? Where do we pick them up?
You can ship things to the fair anytime, but all items need to be received by two days prior to the fair in order for us to process them. However, we cannot assume responsibility for any mishandled or misplaced packages. All items received on time will be placed at your company’s booth.

How is interviewing going to work?
If you signed up for Thursday interviews, you will be assigned a separate room for interviewing (details will be sent to you closer to the date of the fair). If you signed up for Friday interviews, you will be assigned one or two booths in the Campus Recreation Center for interviewing. The hours for interviews are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This will allow you the opportunity to fill interview times as you see fit. To be included in the student handbook, registration must be received
